Cancellation Policy

STANDARD RATES: The reservation will be charged 2 days before arrival. In case of a cancellation within this time or a no-show, there will be no refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE: No refund will be available under any circumstance, neither in case of a cancellation, modification or a no-show. The reservation will be charged when you book it. In case of credit/debit card is declined or different card-holder, the reservation will be cancelled.

FORCE MAJEURE: In case of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances such as outbreaks and government travel restrictions, a voucher with the total amount of the booking will be issued. All vouchers will have a validity of 12 months, must be used within the same property, are non-transferable and will not be redeemed for cash.
